World Riichi League just had their first US events, expect more in the future
WRC is also working on their second round of pro tests as well as additional member benefits
Saikouisen is having weekly pro study sessions, and 33rd Ryuousen is May 30th-June 1st

Winter season almost over, Spring set to have a lot of hiatuses with 23-25 people joining
Discussion on possible small fee for joining to discourage no shows

All proposed lower penalty changes went in and are toggleable, mods are going away
Strike system proposed, Harrison to test out at DCO in a better version than last year
