This is Western Dragon Mahjong Club's 2nd Annual Riichi Mahjong Tournament. Located at Casual Dragon Games in Lockport, NY,  20 miles east of Niagara Falls. Top 4 players choose from 1 of the top four prizes. Top four players will also receive a framed certificate and 1st place player will receive a special custom printed plaque.
